I prepare and update organisational, management and control models under Legislative Decree 231/2001 and chair the Supervisory Boards of companies in various sectors. I advise on the prevention of predicate offences and on the implementation of effective internal control systems, including the handling of internal whistleblowing reports. My background as a criminal lawyer and in technology law allows me to:

• design secure and confidential reporting channels;
• implement procedures for managing reports;
• train staff on whistleblowing policies;
• manage internal investigations following reports;
• ensure compliance with national and international whistleblowing regulations.
