Compliance, Data Protection and Criminal Law
I am a lawyer admitted to practise before the Italian Court of Cassation, specialising in criminal law and technology law. My main focus is compliance, in particular data protection and corporate criminal liability. My practice also extends to corporate, tax and insolvency law.
I hold a PhD in Philosophy and Sociology of Law from the University of Milano-Bicocca and graduated in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan (110/110 cum laude).
